The gardens and pool area are enclosed with a perimeter hedge and gated. In this modern 2-bedroom Duplex Town House property, a spacious sun-filled lounge has 2 leather sofas (sofa bed), a TV, WIFI and opens onto a gated terrace with a small built-in barbecue, table, chairs & sunbeds overlooking the lovely grounds and swimming pool. A fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave is located to the front of the Townhouse. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, both with double beds and can accommodate an extra futon bed suitable for young children. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over shared by both bedrooms on the 1st floor. There is also bathroom with walk-in shower located on the ground floor. Both bedrooms have balcony access, one overlooking the pool and the other overlooking the gardens as well as view of the countryside. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, Door Shutters. This house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (inclusive of children) or 5 adults (sofa bed).
This has proven to be a very popular apartment for families who enjoy the privacy of a residential property but still within walking distance of the beach and all amenities!

All prices are subject to change. Please request rental rates for Easter, Christmas and New Year. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with the security deposit of €200.00. Rentals of Cots €15 per week and Highchairs €25 per week.
Change Over Day
There is flexibility for change over day and we will always try and accommodate your individual needs. Check in time is usually 4pm and check out time is 10am, but depending on other bookings we are flexible on this also. - Information:
