Villas Flor da Falesia is a private gated condominium located only 400 metres from the magnificent, blue-flag Falésia beach, which stretches for five gorgeous, sandy kilometres as far as Vilamoura. The Hotel Stella Maris is located across the road from the villas, and just 200 metres from the house you’ll find a small selection of local eateries, family bars and cafés, plus a newsagent, supermarket and tennis courts. In nearby Açoteias village there’s a wider selection of local restaurants featuring Portuguese specialities, including grilled fish and sea food, as well as popular international restaurants, shops, a supermarket, bank, taxi rank and bus stop. Golfers can enjoy the scenic nine holes at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs in Açoteias. An easy 15 minute drive will take you east to Vilamoura, with its fantastic marina and world class golf courses, or west to the buzzing resort of Albufeira.
The Villas Flor da Falesia comprises of just 6 air conditioned 3 bedroom terraced villas with an adult and children’s swimming pool and professionally landscaped gardens creating a peaceful little oasis ideal for swimming and taking in the rays! Portugal Breakaways features all six of these lovely dwellings, built in duplex style. The ample lounge room is tastefully decorated and has two leather sofas, dining table and chairs for 6, open fire place and TV. Double Patio doors from the Lounge/Dining area lead out onto a spacious terrace with built in BBQ and table & chairs. This terrace leads out into the gardens of the complex perfect for easy chillaxing in the evenings or quiet time during the hot sunny days! The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and has a small balcony leading to the front of the house. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a double with a large en suite bathroom and balcony located to the front of the house, a twin bedroom and double bedroom both with en suite bathrooms share a large balcony overlooking the garden area of the complex. For easy convenience there is also a full bathroom located on the ground floor. All patio doors and windows have shutters and the villa is also fitted with an alarm and has a garage. The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and two children (supplement for extra Z beds). Please note there are six villas available and we cannot gurantee any one specific house.
This is a spacious property and would suit families and friends wishing to holiday together and who can enjoy the benefits of a small private complex, but still be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars.

All prices are subject to change. This property sleeps 6 people, but can sleep a maximum of 8 people, there is a charge of €18 (Low season) and €23 (High Season) per extra bed per day. A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with the security deposit of €200.00. (Refundable) Rentals of Cots €15 per week and Highchairs €25 per week
