Casa Beirao is a superb bungalow style property located in a quiet residential area just a few minutes’ drive outside of Vilamoura which offers famous Golf Courses, the blue Flag Falésia beach, the colourful Marina with an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes, and also close by is the popular Browns Sports Leisure Centre with a restaurant, bar, shop, gym, large pools, tennis, squash and other sporting facilities.
This villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard with traditional white washed stone walls, dark wooden beams and shutters to ensuring the villa is cool during the day. The lounge & Dining Area has 2 comfortable sofas with TV, DVD and patio doors opening out onto the front terrace area. A dining area for eight is located beside the fully fitted modern kitchen. The kitchen is self-contained with dishwasher, a conventional oven, a coffee machine and has a large American Style fridge Freezer with ice maker. There is a small utility area beside the kitchen which houses the washing machine and dryer. There is access from the kitchen to the pool area.
The 3 bedrooms are all located on the ground floor with air-conditioning and all beautifully decorated through-out. The master double bedroom with patio doors opening out to the front of the villa has an ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower.  There is a second double bedroom with   a window overlooking the front of the villa and the twin bedroom with a window overlooking the pool area. Both share a family bathroom with walk in shower located beside the twin bedroom.
WIFI is available throughout the villa for those who wish to keep in contact!
The villa boasts a lovely exterior with private pool surrounded by a terraced area with its own orange and lemon trees. Patio Furniture and sun loungers making it the ideal place to relax in the sunshine, while the built-in barbecue with outdoor dining facilities offer a great place to enjoy an evening meal with friends and family.
