Casa da Azinheira is a lovely bungalow style property located in a quiet residential area approx. 4.5 kms from the Vilamoura Marina. The resort offers famous Golf Courses, the blue Flag Falésia beach, the colorful Marina with an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes, and also close by is the popular Browns Sports Leisure Centre with a restaurant, bar, shop, gym, large pools, tennis, squash and other sporting facilities.
This semi-detached 2 bedroom plus one villa is furnished throughout to a very high standard with traditional white washed stone walls and wooden shutters ensuring the villa is kept cool during the day.

The 2+1 bedrooms are all located on the ground floor with air-conditioning. The master double bedroom has an armchair futon (converts to a bed) which would suit a child and a window overlooking the front of the villa. The bedroom is located opposite the family bathroom with bath and shower over. A second small double bedroom (with sofa converted to bed) has a small ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and a window overlooking the pool area. A twin bedroom with patio doors that open out onto the front of the villa has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.  WIFI is available throughout the villa for those who wish to keep in contact!
The villa boasts a wonderful exterior area with large private pool surrounded by both terraced area and grassy verges with orange and lemon trees as well as plants and shrubs. There is a covered parking space located at the front entrance to the villa. There is relaxing Patio Furniture scattered throughout and 6 sun loungers making it the ideal place to relax in the sunshine. There is a WC located beside the pool area and a built-in barbecue located on an elevated area of the garden with 4 steps.
